These dolls are headed to Kansas City!

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, Missouri is celebrating American Folk Art with a special exhibit beginning in March. They recently contacted Alliance Art Gallery member artist Margaret Fessenden after seeing her wonderful dolls online and asked to purchase a group of them for their gift shop during the exhibit.

Margaret has been busy crafting clothing inspired by the Roaring 20's and the dolls will soon make their way across the State. We are thrilled for the "girls" and for Margaret!
